  • Any Industry
  • 25% of all funds recovered whether paid through National Collection Services or legal counsel without suit. Should suit be recommended additional fees and costs will be requested by counsel and approved by the creditor prior to the filing of suit.
  • 35% on claims of $600.00 or less.
  • Return of Merchandise / 50% of published fee.
